They’re either too intense, too chaotic, or just not fun.

At CrossFit Ares, we do things differently.

And Coach Haylee brings the energy, fun, and patience every kid needs to build confidence and enjoy being active.

In our Kids Class, your child will:

What to Expect

How it Works

  • Sign Up: Use the link on this page to reserve your child’s spot and complete the waiver.

  • Pick a Saturday: Classes run every Saturday at 11:15 AM. Join anytime—first class is always a great intro!

  • Arrive Early: Get there 10–15 minutes ahead to meet Coach Haylee and help your child get comfortable.

  • Let Them Move: Kids will jump into a playful, coached class that meets them where they’re at—no experience needed.

  • See the Smile: You’ll know it’s working when they don’t want to leave! Our goal is to build confidence, joy, and a lifelong love of movement.

MEET YOUR COACH

Coach Haylee

Coach Haylee brings a unique blend of fun, structure, and experience to our CrossFit Ares Kids Class.

She’s been immersed in the world of gymnastics for as long as she can remember—competing for 14 years and coaching for nearly a decade. Haylee has worked with kids of all ages (2 to 19) across a wide range of programs, including recreational classes, competitive teams, and adaptive programs.

She’s also a licensed Occupational Therapist, which gives her a deeper understanding of child development, movement, and how to meet each child where they’re at.

Haylee combines her passion for gymnastics, CrossFit, and working with kids to create a class that builds strength, confidence, and body awareness—all while having a blast. She’s here to make fitness fun, safe, and empowering for your little one.
